MULTI-CHANNEL CO-ORDINATOR HEAD OFFICE - HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

We are looking to recruit a well organised, conscientious and dynamic individual to join our Web Store team in Hemel Hempstead as a multi-channel co-ordinator.

Main duties will be to:

Offer customer service by email and phone.

Process returns and exchanges,

Manage the listing process for new products, ensuring maximum amount of the range is showing and that items are displayed in the best possible way

Keep abreast of all changes to the channel and help devise new strategies to grow it

Keep management colleagues up to date on progress of the channel
